These crunchy garlic parmesan tenders are a healthier, lower calorie alternative to traditional parmesan tenders, made without deep frying. They can be enjoyed on their own or added to meals like salads, wraps, or sandwiches.

1: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. 2: Cut the chicken breast into 10 strips. 3: Mix the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 4: Coat the chicken strips with the seasonings and low-fat Greek yoghurt. 5: Crush the cornflakes with the same seasonings and coat the chicken strips. 6: Place the coated chicken strips on a baking tray and bake for 17 minutes. 7: Remove the tenders from the oven, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top, and bake again for 2 - 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
