1: Cut 300g of potatoes into oval shapes. 2: Add them to a bowl & season with garlic salt & pepper (mix to coat the potatoes). 3: Place potatoes on a baking tray with baking paper (spray with low calorie cooking spray for more crisp). 4: Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. 5: Blend 150g low fat cottage cheese. 6: Take potatoes out, flip them & place them all close together then bake again for 7-10 minutes. 7: Take the potatoes out, add cottage cheese, 50g diced bacon bits & bake once more for 5-10 minutes. 8: Top it off with spring onion (optional) & enjoy.
