These Low Calorie Chicken Nuggets are a healthy and easy alternative to the fast-food version, making 24 nuggets with significantly less fat and calories. Prepared with chicken mince and a blend of spices, these nuggets are air-fried for a crispy finish.

1: Add 450g of chicken mince/ground chicken into a bowl. 2: Add 1 Tsp of yellow mustard followed by pepper, salt, onion powder & garlic powder then mix it all together. 3: Make sure your hands are slightly wet & form 24 even nuggets. 4: Place the nuggets on baking paper/parchment paper & set in the freezer for 20 minutes to harden. 5: In a separate bowl add 30g of plain flour, 1 Tsp of baking powder, a dash of paprika, salt & garlic powder then mix it together. 6: In a separate bowl whisk 1 - 2 large eggs then dip each nugget in the eggs & coat evenly in the flour mixture. 7: Spray each nugget with light cooking oil spray and air fry at 200 degrees Celsius for 14 - 18 minutes flipping halfway (or bake in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 16 - 22 minutes flipping halfway).
