1: Mix diced chicken breast with spices: cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, chilli powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. 2: Squeeze half a lemon over the mixture and add Nandos peri peri marinade. 3: Cook the chicken mixture in a pan until fully cooked. 4: In a separate pan, melt light butter and sauté diced onion and garlic cloves. 5: Add diced capsicum, tomato paste, and washed uncooked basmati rice to the pan. 6: Pour chicken broth into the rice mixture and cook until the rice is tender. 7: Once cooked, evenly distribute the rice, halloumi cheese, and chicken across the 4 wraps. 8: Optional: Add garlic peri peri mayonnaise and peri peri sauce on top before wrapping. 9: Roll the wraps and enjoy.
