Crunchy, high protein and low calorie hot honey buffalo chicken tenders made from boneless chicken breast and seasoned flour for a delicious meal.

1: Butterfly and slice the chicken breast into 8 strips. 2: Season the chicken strips with salt, hot paprika, onion and garlic powder, chilli powder, cayenne pepper, and oregano. 3: Dust the chicken strips with plain all-purpose flour and potato starch, making sure to coat evenly. 4: Dip the coated chicken into soda water/sparkling water. 5: Heat the air fryer and cook the chicken strips, checking every few minutes for dry spots and spraying with cooking oil as necessary. 6: Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and toss the chicken in buffalo sauce mixed with honey.
