1: Combine self raising flour and Greek yoghurt in a bowl. 2: Add salt to the mixture and mix until combined. 3: Shape the dough into pita bread rounds. 4: Air fry at 200 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. 5: Alternatively, bake in the oven for 10-13 minutes, flipping once you see the edges start to brown.
