These delicious & crunchy sweet chilli chicken tenders are a low-calorie alternative to traditional deep-fried chicken. Perfect for satisfying cravings while working on your fitness goals, they can be eaten alone or added into wraps, sandwiches, and salads.

1: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or the air fryer to 190 degrees. 2: Cut the chicken breast into 10 even pieces. 3: In a bowl, combine low fat Greek yoghurt, garlic powder, pepper, smoked paprika, light soy sauce, light sweet chilli sauce, garlic, ginger, and honey to prepare the marinade. 4: Lightly coat each chicken piece with the marinade. 5: Press the coated chicken pieces into the crushed cornflakes to ensure they stick. 6: Spray each side with light cooking oil spray for extra crunchiness. 7: If baking, place the chicken in the oven for 18-22 minutes. If air frying, cook for 16-18 minutes. 8: Serve and enjoy your sweet chilli chicken tenders.
