Instructions
1: Prepare the chicken marinating it with garam masala, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, pepper, ginger, garlic, and Greek yoghurt. 2: For the curry, melt light butter in a pan and sauté the sliced onion until translucent. 3: Add chopped canned tomatoes, cashew nuts or butter, and cook with same spices until well combined. 4: Blend the curry mixture after cooling for 5 minutes. 5: In another pot, cook the elbow pasta according to package instructions. 6: Combine the cooked pasta with the blended curry on low heat, mixing gently. 7: Add light cheese and light thickened cream, stirring until melted and creamy. 8: Serve and optionally top with fresh parsley.View original recipe
