tsp salt

tsp sweet paprika

tsp onion powder

tsp chili powder

tsp cayenne pepper

tsp oregano

oz all purpose flour

oz potato starch

cup soda water
fl oz buffalo sauce

oz honey
Instructions
1: Butterfly and slice the chicken breast into 8 strips. 2: Season the chicken strips with salt, hot paprika, onion and garlic powder, chilli powder, cayenne pepper, and oregano. 3: Dust the chicken strips with plain all-purpose flour and potato starch, making sure to coat evenly. 4: Dip the coated chicken into soda water/sparkling water. 5: Heat the air fryer and cook the chicken strips, checking every few minutes for dry spots and spraying with cooking oil as necessary. 6: Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer and toss the chicken in buffalo sauce mixed with honey.View original recipe
