What you need

fl oz evaporated milk

lasagna sheets

bunch fresh parsley

oz plain flour

tsp salt

tbsp italian seasoning

oz low fat cottage cheese

Instructions
1: Add seasonings to diced chicken breast & mix it together. 2: In a blender cup add low fat cottage cheese, same seasonings, evaporated milk & freshly grated Parmesan cheese then blend until smooth. 3: Cook chicken on high heat for 4 min on each side then set aside. 4: Add diced onion & once it has color, lower the stove to low heat & add the sauce. 5: Add plain flour mixed with water & keep stirring on low - medium heat until it thickens. 6: Spread a thin layer of sauce in a baking dish followed by 3 lasagna sheets, another layer of sauce, half the chicken, 90g of low-fat cheese & repeat exact same steps. 7: Cover & bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 min, then take the cover off & bake once more for 5 - 10 min or until the cheese is golden brown. 8: Evenly distribute into 4 equal servings & enjoy.View original recipe
