Instructions
1: Pre-cut chicken breast into thinner pieces. 2: Mix the chopped carrots, diced onion, diced garlic, minced ginger, curry powder, turmeric, honey, lime juice, and chicken broth in a pot. 3: Cook the mixture over medium heat until the vegetables are tender. 4: Season the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper. 5: Dip the chicken pieces in the egg white and coat with breadcrumbs. 6: Air fry at 200 degrees Celsius for 14 - 17 minutes OR bake in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 18 - 22 minutes. 7: Once cooked, slice the chicken and serve with the curry sauce and rice.View original recipe
