Instructions
1: Marinate the diced chicken breast with turmeric, smoked paprika, garam masala, salt, pepper, fresh ginger, and crushed garlic cloves. 2: In a pan, heat the light butter and sauté the sliced onion until translucent. 3: Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned. 4: Stir in the cashew nut butter and diced/chopped tomatoes, and allow to simmer. 5: Mix in the low fat Greek yoghurt and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce is creamy. 6: If desired, add light thickened cream and garnish with fresh coriander before serving. 7: Distribute evenly into 4 servings and enjoy.View original recipe
