Instructions
1: Preheat the oven as per the lasagna sheet instructions. 2: In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian herb seasoning. 3: Layer 2 lasagna sheets at the bottom of a baking dish. 4: Spread half of the chicken mixture over the lasagna sheets. 5: Add half of the cottage cheese mixture and half of the grated cheese. 6: Repeat the layers: lasagna sheets, remaining chicken mixture, cottage cheese mixture, and grated cheese. 7: Top with dried basil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. 8: Add fat-free evaporated milk to the top. 9: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling. 10: Allow to cool before serving.View original recipe
