Instructions
1: In a bowl, combine coconut flour, self-raising flour, natural sweetener, protein powder, crushed Biscoff biscuits, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and egg. 2: Mix until well combined. If the batter is too thick, add a few splashes of milk to adjust the consistency. 3: Shape the batter into cookies and place them on a baking sheet. 4: Bake for around 15 minutes at 350°F (175°C) or until golden. 5: For frosting, mix yogurt, protein powder, icing powder, and melted Biscoff spread in a bowl and refrigerate to thicken. 6: Once cookies are cool, frost them with the prepared mixture. 7: Optionally, top each cookie with crushed Biscoff biscuits and leftover melted Biscoff spread.View original recipe
