fl oz worcestershire sauce

oz tomato paste
fresh garlic

egg nog

oz cottage cheese

flour tortilla

Instructions
1: Heat tortillas on a pan on low heat for 30 seconds on each side. 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced potatoes until slightly cooked. 3: Add diced onion and cook until translucent. 4: Stir in the lean beef mince and season with salt, Italian herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli powder, and smoked paprika. 5: Once the beef is browned, add Worcestershire sauce and mix well. 6: In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and blended cottage cheese. Cook in a pan until scrambled. 7: Assemble the burritos by placing a portion of the beef mixture and scrambled eggs onto each tortilla. 8: Add a scoop of tomato paste and a drizzle of sriracha mayonnaise before rolling up the burritos tightly. 9: Store burritos in the freezer until ready to eat.
