tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
1: Peel the potatoes and thinly slice them. 2: Mix sea salt with 3-4 tablespoons of white vinegar. 3: Add 1/2 cup of white vinegar to boiling water and then add the sliced potatoes. 4: Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes. 5: Use a light cooking oil spray on a plate and place potatoes on it. 6: Air fry the potatoes at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. 7: Alternatively, microwave the potatoes for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.View original recipe
