What you need

oz stevia

oz oats

oz vanilla protein powder

fl oz unsweetened almond milk

fl oz vanilla extract

tsp sprinkles

oz low fat greek yogurt

fl oz food colouring

cup icing sugar
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven and prepare a donut baking tray. 2: In a bowl, mix together oats, protein powder, baking powder, and stevia. 3: Add in low fat Greek yoghurt and unsweetened almond milk, mixing until well combined. 4: Stir in vanilla extract. 5: Pour the mixture into the donut tray, filling each mold. 6: Bake for about 15 minutes until golden. 7: For the topping, mix monkfruit icing powder with unsweetened almond milk, food coloring, and sprinkles. 8: Once donuts are cool, drizzle or dip them in the icing.View original recipe
