Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl, combine the lean turkey mince with all purpose seasoning, diced onion, and smoked paprika. 2: Form the mixture into patties. 3: Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. 4: In another bowl, mix the low fat Greek yoghurt with garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, vinegar, grated cucumber, and parsley flakes to make the sauce. 5: To assemble each burger, place an Aldi brioche bun on a plate and layer with oak lettuce, a thin slice of tomato, a turkey pattie, 25g of the sauce, and 10g of sliced onions. 6: Top with the other half of the brioche bun and serve.View original recipe
