What you need

oz cornflakes
egg
oz chicken breast

tbsp onion powder

tsp salt

tsp hot sauce

tsp honey

pepper

tsp garlic powder

pickle

tsp chili powder

oz all purpose flour

oz low fat greek yogurt
Instructions
1: Cut and tenderize the chicken breast into 2 fillets weighing approximately 170g each. 2: Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional chilli powder. 3: Crush the cornflakes and prepare a coating with hot sauce, plain flour, and egg. 4: Coat the chicken fillets in the flour, then dip in the egg, and finally in the crushed cornflakes. 5: Air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 - 18 minutes, or oven bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 - 25 minutes. 6: For the sauce, mix low-fat Greek yogurt, honey, smoked paprika, and hot sauce together. 7: Assemble the sandwich and add pickles if desired.View original recipe
