Instructions
1: Marinate the raw chicken breast in low fat Greek yoghurt and crushed garlic cloves. Add ginger paste and the seasonings: salt, garam masala, turmeric, paprika, cumin, and coriander powder. 2: Let the chicken marinate for 15-30 minutes. 3: Cook the marinated chicken in a pan until fully cooked. 4: In a separate pan, sauté the diced onion until translucent. 5: Add the diced/chopped tomatoes and cook until softened. 6: Combine the cooked chicken with the tomato mixture and stir in additional low fat Greek yoghurt. 7: Portion the tikka masala evenly into containers with cooked rice and naan. 8: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.View original recipe
