What you need

oz lowfat greek yoghurt
egg

tsp vanilla extract

oz stevia

oz protein powder

oz dried blueberries
oz cornflour

biscuit

oz white chocolate
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2: In a bowl, combine light cream cheese, low fat Greek yoghurt, egg, vanilla extract, stevia, and protein powder until smooth. 3: Gently fold in frozen blueberries and cornflour mixed with water. 4: Crush the biscuit/ graham cracker and mix it with melted white chocolate if using. 5: Pour the cheesecake mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the biscuit mixture on top. 6: Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until set. 7: Let cool, cut into 6 equal servings, and store in the fridge.View original recipe
