tsp salt

oz light cream cheese

tsp oregano

lb cooked white rice

tsp ground cumin

fl oz hot sauce

oz tomato paste

oz low fat cottage cheese

clove garlic clove

bunch fresh coriander

oz cheddar cheese

tsp chili powder

burrito-size tortilla

lb extra lean ground beef

oz low fat shredded cheddar
Instructions
1: Dice the onion and garlic cloves. 2: In a pan, cook the extra lean beef until browned; add the diced onion, garlic, and seasoning mix. 3: Stir in the tomato paste, light cream cheese, and shredded cheddar until combined. 4: Prepare the high protein nacho cheese sauce by blending low fat cottage cheese, onion powder, salt, light cheddar cheese, and low fat milk until smooth. 5: Warm tortillas on a pan for about 1 minute on each side to prevent breaking. 6: Fill each tortilla with beef filling and approximately 50g of cheese sauce. 7: Roll up the burritos tightly and store them for later use. 8: To reheat, remove foil and wrap in a paper towel.
