What you need

tbsp cinnamon

oz self raising flour

oz egg white

oz vanilla yogurt

oz brown sugar
Instructions
1: In a bowl, add 180g of protein yoghurt or Greek yoghurt. 2: Add 150g self raising flour. 3: Mix everything together & form into dough, then roll into a ball. 4: Place dough on a floured surface & cut into 6 pieces. 5: Roll each piece into long ropes. 6: Twist the dough & pinch the ends. 7: Place on a baking tray with baking paper. 8: Weigh out 10g of egg whites & brush each piece of dough. 9: Bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celcius for 10-15 minutes. 10: Once cooked, brush each piece with any leftover egg whites. 11: Mix together 2 tablespoons of cinnamon & 20g of brown sugar stevia on a plate. 12: Coat each piece with the cinnamon & brown sugar stevia mixture. 13: Serve with sugar free maple syrup & enjoy!View original recipe
