What you need

oz low fat cream cheese

tsp smoked paprika
fl oz buffalo sauce

tsp garlic powder

fl oz cooking oil

bunch scallion

corn tortilla
oz low-fat cheese

oz cooked shredded chicken breast
oz ranch mix
Instructions
1: Place half of the tortillas onto a plate with a damp paper towel on top and microwave for 25 - 45 seconds to avoid breaking. 2: In a bowl, mix cooked & shredded chicken breast, buffalo sauce, low fat cream cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch seasoning, and spring onion/scallions. 3: Spoon the mixture onto the warm tortillas, roll them tightly, and place them seam side down. 4: Spray lightly with cooking oil spray. 5: For air frying, cook at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway. For oven baking, cook at 190°C (380°F) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.View original recipe
