green chilli

tbsp tomato paste

tsp garlic powder

tbsp lemon juice

tsp cumin powder

tsp turmeric

tsp salt

oz skinless boneless chicken breast

oz low fat yogurt

fl oz red food colour

oz fresh mint

cup low fat greek yogurt
Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken in Greek yoghurt and spices including salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chilli powder for at least 30 minutes. 2: Cook marinated chicken until fully cooked. 3: Prepare the yoghurt mint sauce by blending low fat yoghurt, mint, garlic, cumin, green chilli, and salt until smooth. 4: For flatbread, mix self raising flour and low fat yoghurt to form a dough.
