oz breadcrumb

brioche buns

oz light mayonnaise

oz lowfat greek yoghurt

Instructions
1: Pat dry the raw fish and cut it into 4 equal pieces. 2: Season the fish with salt and pepper. 3: Dip the fish pieces in the egg white, then coat them with breadcrumbs. 4: Preheat the air fryer or oven to the appropriate temperature. 5: Cook the fish in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes or in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 12-16 minutes, flipping halfway. 6: Toast the brioche buns and prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, dill, and relish. 7: Assemble the Filet O Fish with the cooked fish and a slice of cheddar cheese.View original recipe
