Instructions
1: Dice the brown onion and garlic cloves. 2: In a large pot, cook the extra lean beef mince until browned. 3: Add diced onion, garlic, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, sage, thyme, and smoked paprika to the pot. 4: Stir in Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. 5: In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and add egg whites. 6: Combine the egg mixture with the beef mixture. 7: Cook until the eggs are set and mixture is fully combined. 8: Take tortillas and fill each with the beef and egg mixture. 9: Roll up the tortillas into burritos, securing the filling inside. 10: For reheating: take a burrito out of the freezer, remove foil, and microwave for approximately 2 minutes. 11: Air fry or oven bake at 190C/375F for approximately 5 - 8 minutes. 12: Alternatively, reheat in a pan on low heat for approximately 5 minutes, turning occasionally.View original recipe
