oz plain flour

Instructions
1: Cut the chicken breast into five strips weighing approximately 95g each. 2: Season the strips with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and optional cayenne pepper. 3: Crush the cornflakes and set aside. 4: In a bowl, mix the eggs. 5: Prepare the coatings by mixing plain flour, crushed cornflakes, and baking powder in separate bowls. 6: Dip each chicken strip first in the egg, then in the flour, and coat well with cornflakes. 7: Preheat air fryer to 190 degrees Celsius or oven to 200 degrees Celsius. 8: Air fry for 16-18 minutes or bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. 9: For the zinger sauce, mix 75g of low fat Greek yoghurt with paprika and sriracha to taste. 10: Serve sliders with lettuce and zinger sauce.View original recipe
