tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

oz light mayonnaise
oz chicken breast

egg white

oz smoked paprika

tsp ground black pepper

fl oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

tortilla wraps

oz corn flakes

canned diced tomatoes
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius or the air fryer to 190 degrees Celsius. 2: Flatten and slice the chicken breast into 2 pieces. 3: Mix the diced tomato, lettuce, egg white, crushed cornflakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and lemon juice in a bowl. 4: Place the flattened chicken on a baking tray or in the air fryer basket. 5: Top the chicken with the mixture from step 3 and drizzle with light mayonnaise. 6: Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or air fry for 16-18 minutes, checking for doneness. 7: Once cooked, assemble the filling in the tortilla and enjoy.View original recipe
