oz grated parmesan cheese

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

tsp chili powder

oz skinless boneless chicken breast

Instructions
1: Cut the skinless chicken breasts into 10 strips. 2: Prepare the chicken seasoning by mixing salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. 3: Season the chicken strips with the chicken seasoning. 4: In a bowl, beat the large egg. 5: Dip the seasoned chicken strips in the beaten egg. 6: Coat the chicken strips with crushed cornflakes mixed with the remaining seasonings and parsley flakes. 7: For the sauce, melt the light butter in a pan and add minced garlic. 8: Add the light sweet chili sauce and mix well. 9: Air fry the chicken strips at 200°C for 16 - 18 minutes, flipping halfway, or bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes at the same temperature.View original recipe
